Fitness Training Camp Details
Training is a time sensitive endeavor, period. If you want to be the best athlete you can possibly be, you will need help along the way. Given that most individuals competing in Fitness have a limited amount of time to train, it is vitally important that each training session counts.
- Do you train 5 days per week?
- Do you train multiple times per day?
- Do you train whenever you can fit it in?
- Do you truly know your areas of strength and weakness?
- Is your training focused on the right areas? How do you know if it is?
We have been coaching competitive Fitness Athletes, like yourself, since 2008. The knowledge we will provide you will help to ensure you are making every training session count.
You Will Learn About
- Aerobic and Anaerobic Energy Systems – what they are and how to train them.
- Strength, Power and Endurance Based Assessments – how to interpret the data and what it’s significance is to training.
- Basic Movement Assessment – the system we use for all clients to assess their function and how it can relate to their performance.
- What is Training? – learn the difference between Training and Testing. Learn how and why it matters to the athlete’s training development.
- Skill Acquisition and Mastery – learn how to conceptualize training for skill development in Fitness and how we design training to match.
- Fitness Testing – partake in fitness testing to enlighten yourself of your true strengths and weaknesses. There will also be plenty of discussion surrounding what your results mean and how to go about prioritizing your training.
- Master’s Athlete Training – learn what principles your approach to training the Master’s Athlete must include.
